Absolutely. With our low fees and no account set-up fee, we want you to start with us and continue with us for a long time.
How do we get our products to your fulfillment center?
Have them addressed to Your Company Name, 14675 Titus St. Van Nuys, California 91402 for our Los Angeles warehouse, or 2114 Adams Avenue San Leandro, California 94577 for our San Francisco Bay Area warehouse.
How do we transmit our orders to you?
You may send your orders to us by .csv file, email (orders@), phone (818 997-0866), or fax (310 388-4658).
Do you charge extra if our orders are sent by phone, fax or email?
Yes, a small charge. We do, however, ask that if you are sending us a large number of orders that you export them to our system using a .csv file. This is the most efficient means of order processing and greatly reduces the chance of input error.
What are you shipping methods and costs?
We use all major carriers and will use any carrier that you wish to designate. As a matter of history we ship predominantly with USPS and UPS. The costs are the cost that the carrier charges. To find out shipping rates, go to the carriers website and view their rate charts. Remember to use our zip code 91402 or 94577 as the ship from address.
Do you send email confirmations when the order is shipped?
Ship confirmation emails can be sent to you and your customer when the order has shipped. Depending on the carrier, the email can include the tracking number so you and your customer can track when the shipment will arrive.
How do you manage backorder shipping?
When an item is sold that is out of stock, the order is marked as a backorder and held until the new inventory arrives. When the inventory arrives all the backorders are filled and shipped.
What are the shipping supplies that are free?
We can use any shipping material you need, including custom made materials. The shipping materials we provide for free include sealed bubble mailers, boxes, bubble wrap, kraft paper, as well as carrier boxes and envelopes (such as USPS priority mail boxes, FedEx packaging, etc)

Who provides the insurance for my inventory?
You provide the insurance for your inventory and therefore you agree to hold us harmless in the event of any loss which includes fire, water damage and theft.
When do you usually ship orders?
Typically, orders received before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day and orders received after 1 p.m. are shipped the following day. There are situations where orders received prior to 1 p.m. might be shipped the next day and sometimes orders received after 1 p.m. will be shipped that day.
Can you provide special tasks for me?
Yes, if you need special handling, labeling, or sorting, we can provide that at a labor rate of $25 per hour.
Do you provide kitting and assembly services?
Yes, these services can be provided at the same $25 per hour rate.
